Hundreds of dreams shattered. Empty probes and hollow promises won’t stop #NEET paper leaks. Only swift, decisive action and exemplary punishment for the culprits will. Until then, the “Veer Sahab” ecosystem keeps returning in new forms. #PaperLeak#NTA
Daily videos of Israeli Occupation Forces blowing up mosques or churches, and harassing Palestinian worshippers.
Can you imagine if this was “Palestinian soldiers” throwing tear gas at the Western wall?
Allow me to explain.
The claim comes from Aune et al. (European Journal of Epidemiology, 2026), a meta-analysis combining seventeen publications from seven prospective studies, with the summary relative risk for total cancer in vegetarians vs. non-vegetarians being 13-23% lower based on only 4 studies.

Here is a logical rebuttal to this:
A bigger, newer study on the same question found vegans had MORE of some major cancers, not less. Just weeks earlier, the Dunneram et al. 2026 pooled analysis in British Journal of Cancer studied 1.8 million people across 9 cohorts in the UK, US, Taiwan and India - far larger than the meta-analysis being quoted. It found vegans had a 40% higher risk of bowel cancer and vegetarians had nearly double the risk of one type of food-pipe cancer. The "lower total cancer" headline hides that plant-only eaters had clearly higher risk of some of the commonest deadly cancers.

None of this is proof, but only association.
Every study used is observational, which can show patterns but cannot prove that meat causes cancer or plants prevent it. An independent international group (NutriRECS) reviewed all the data and concluded the evidence linking meat to bad health outcomes is of low and very low quality, and genetic studies (Mendelian randomization) found no evidence that eating processed or red meat has a large effect on the risk of most cancers https://t.co/k3fzi6ZS6f
Now this is the most imporant point.
The "vegetarians" being studied are unusually healthy people, not normal eaters.
Most of the data comes from British vegetarians and American Seventh-day Adventists, who barely smoke, barely drink, and exercise more. The Adventist researchers themselves admit that total cancer is 30% lower in U.S. Adventists than in the general U.S. population, and even Adventists who eat meat have 25.5% less cancer than the average American. So the "meat eater" being compared is already healthier than a real-world meat eater - which fakes a bigger plant-diet "benefit."
The benefit is mostly weight, not meat avoidance.
Vegans and vegetarians are usually slimmer, and being slimmer lowers cancer risk. Across both the British and Adventist studies, part of the lower cancer rate in vegans is explained by their lower BMI Vegan Health, and in the UK Biobank study the lower postmenopausal breast cancer risk in vegetarian women was largely due to their lower BMI. You can lose weight without giving up meat - and get the same benefit.
The 23% number rests on small numbers and unmeasured differences. The vegan total-cancer estimate is built on very few studies and very few vegan cancer cases (only about 8,849 vegans in the entire 1.8-million-person pool). Crucially, the meat-eater comparison group in these studies did not eat large amounts of meat , and many other lifestyle differences - cancer screening, alcohol, sleep, supplements, ultra-processed food intake, income, education - are never fully accounted for and likely drive much of the difference.
So here is the amaze, amaze, amaze summary.
The 13% & 23% figures in the post are statistically real but biologically misleading. They reflect comparisons between unusually health-conscious, slim vegetarians and unusually light meat-eaters - not a real-world causal effect of giving up meat. The largest and most current 1.8-million-person analysis directly contradicts the simple "vegan = less cancer" story for bowel and food-pipe cancers. Statement.
When the tyrannical king of the Sassanids tore up the letter of the Prophet ﷺ in contempt, the Prophet ﷺ remarked, “God shall tear his kingdom up as he tore my letter.”
We learn from the Qur’ān: “Whoever commits evil will be repaid with its like” [4:123].
While we don't gloat over anyone's sickness, we see a clear lesson here: Never invoke the punishment of God on innocent people, lest you become the subject of your own curse.
The assertion that the West in general, and America in particular, constitutes a “Judeo-Christian” civilization is historically misleading and theologically problematic. The term 'Judeo-Christian' is actually an imagined modern social construct rather than an organic civilizational reality.
This phrase itself is relatively recent, emerging only within the past century, yet it is increasingly invoked in contemporary discourse to serve ideological ends. This contrived description functions to redefine the cultural narrative of the West by selectively including certain traditions while implicitly excluding others, particularly Islam, and attempts to justify political alignment with the Isr@eli state as somehow being 'natural'.
For these reasons, it is important to push back against this term, and to critically examine the origins, uses, and implications of it.
This was the topic of Sh. YQ's latest khutbah:

This is a threat of genocide and merits removal from office. The President’s mental faculties are collapsing and cannot be trusted.
To every individual in the President’s chain of command: You have a duty to refuse illegal orders. That includes carrying out this threat.
Trump believes he is threatening Iran with destruction, but it is America that now stands in danger.
If he attempts to eradicate Iranian civilization, the United States will no longer be viewed as a stabilizing force in the world, but as an agent of chaos—effectively ending our status as the world’s greatest superpower.
This would upend our economy and shatter the global order. The process is already underway, yet we still have time to avert catastrophe if Trump finds the courage to pursue serious negotiations rather than reckless rage and destruction.
Madman Theory?
Trump got summits with “little rocket man” Kim Jong Un last time around, but never in all my years reporting America at war have I heard anything like this: an American president threatens to destroy a “whole civilization” and says it’ll take 100 years to rebuild.
Striking Tehran’s Grand Bazaar, Israel warning people to avoid trains and stations, Trump threatening whole power grids, desalination plants, the nation’s bridges…
Is this war still against the Iranian regime or now against a whole people?
Dear Americans, you have only a few hours to remove your president from office.
To the US Army, you only have a few more hours to mutiny.
Your deranged president is promising genocide.
If you don't stop him you are complicit too.
DearAmerican President
When you invoke the annihilation of “an entire civilization” as a negotiating tactic, the world is no longer witnessing strategy; it is witnessing the normalization of genocide and catastrophe.
This is not strength—it is a dangerous abandonment of moral restraint, raising doubts about whether such restraint ever existed within you. What is equally troubling is the silence of the global community, which, through its hesitation, allows such language to slip into the realm of the permissible 'behaviour.'
A simple reminder: civilizations are not abstractions to be invoked or erased at will; they endure, and they remember.......Remember everything.
