I have registered a complaint 48 hrs back saying my act internet and the apps are not working.
In spite of repeatedly asking they are sending me the same stock answer that it's being looked into.
I am very disappointed with your service.

@ViCustomerCare I am v disappointed with your service. I purchased a SIM in Bengaluru. Your agent did not activate it for me there. In Chennai I was told I cannot use that SIM. So I purchased another one. It worked for two days and today, it has stopped recognizing the SIM.

@whirlpool_india I am disappointed with your customer care center. I was asked to stay on the line. Next I know I have been disconnected. I have a service request number but nothing else. Do what happens next? I expect greater professionalism.
