Your team has told me the bags are in Dublin, Heathrow and Amsterdam at different times

I have been told 3 were found then 2 were found.

I have been told 1 was offloaded from the flight yesterday with no idea why

I have been told it’s not my job to help find your bags by the tracing of delayed baggage line

It’s clear BA are not working hard to reunite us or even offer the slightest customer service

21 month old baby and pregnant with with no clothes, toiletries or essential items after BA left 3 of our 4 bags at Dublin. No one at BA can even confirm what the last person said let alone provide an update.

Total shambles and never again

To many chefs, not enough cooks.. the destruction of any power base in any one professional group through constant erosion and blurring of roles alongside public denigration by politicians for their own political gain is going to be near impossible, if not impossible already, to reverse

Instead, the training doctors have is being beaten down by the system and called junior for up to 10 years
