I am proud to congratulate my resident, @Dr_pharm1 , on the acceptance of our Clinical Pearls abstract for presentation at the 6th SSCP Annual International Conference 2026.

Our work, “Brucellosis-Associated Myocarditis Presenting as Myocardial Infarction with Nonobstructive Coronary Arteries (MINOCA): A Case Report and Literature Review,” highlights a rare but clinically significant manifestation of brucellosis and underscores the importance of clinical reasoning, collaboration, and scholarly inquiry.

I look forward to your presentation, Dr. Areej. I am confident you will impress the audience with your knowledge, professionalism, and poise while representing our work with excellence.

@md1talk Most likely it will turn out to be ceftriaxone resistant because it is one of the AmpC producers
By looking at the Cefepime MIC they should use it instead
