यह वीडियो भयानक है। कोलकाता के आर जी कर मेडिकल कॉलेज के ठीक बाहर का है। परिसर के भीतर यह सब हो रहा है। इसके बाद क्या सफ़ाई रह जाती है।ज़ाहिर है ये बच जाएँगे क्योंकि अंधेरे का लाभ मिलेगा। कोई पहचाना नहीं जाएगा और आरोप-प्रत्यारोप होंगे कि इसने किया तो उसने किया। TMC सांसद अभिषेक बनर्जी ने ट्विट किया है कि हिंसा करने वाला हर आदमी पकड़ा जाएगा । भीड़ में शामिल लोग कहाँ पकड़े जाते हैं। हिम्मत कैसे हुई किसी की यहाँ हिंसा करने की। कोलकाता में ही कई अस्पतालों के बाहर डॉक्टर धरने पर हैं । सबकी सुरक्षा बढ़ाई जानी चाहिए। डॉक्टरों को डरना नहीं चाहिए। यह उन्हें डराने के लिए किया गया होगा और राजनीति के लिए कि इसने किया तो उसने किया। आपको इंसाफ़ मिलना चाहिए।

कोलकाता केस को लेकर कई तरह की अफ़वाहें उड़ रही हैं। इनमें से कइयों का संबंध पीड़िता या जाँच की प्रक्रिया से नहीं है और कुछ का बिल्कुल है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट और गृह मंत्रालय की गाइडलाइन है कि जाँच की प्रक्रिया या साक्ष्य से जुड़ी जानकारी मीडिया से भी साझा नहीं करनी है। यह भी है कि मीडिया रिपोर्ट करते समय किन बातों का ध्यान रखेगा। इसका पालन नहीं हो रहा। टीवी पर नाम लिए जा रहे हैं । लोग पोस्ट मार्टम से लेकर ऑटोप्सी रिपोर्ट के नाम पर कुछ भी शेयर कर रहे हैं। जो कि सही नहीं है।

अब जाँच सीबीआई के पास है। उसे कुछ बुनियादी बातों पर ऑन रिकार्ड बोलना चाहिए। कोलकाता पुलिस कहती है उसने देरी नहीं की। आरोपी तुरंत पकड़ा गया। क्या देरी हुई ? सबूत मिटाने के प्रयास हुए? उसका आधार बताए। ऑन रिकार्ड । कमिश्नर खुद जूनियर डाक्टरों से मिलने गए और ममता बनर्जी पीड़िता के घर गईं। परिवार को जाँच और साक्ष्य की जानकारी साझा की गई। यही टेलिग्राफ में है। तो सीबीआई ऑन रिकार्ड बता सकती है कि कोलकाता पुलिस ने पेशेवर तरीक़े से काम किया या नहीं । CBI और कोलकाता पुलिस के कमिश्नर साथ बैठ कर प्रेस को बताएँ ।

ऐसा करना ज़रूरी लगता है। कल किसी ने फ़ोन पर कहा विसरा नहीं रखा गया। यह बातें व्हाट्स एप चैनल से फैल रही है।रेप और गैंग रेप को लेकर थ्योरी चल रही है। इसे भी साफ़ करे। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की गाइड लाइन से पुलिस को बांध दिया गया मगर राजनीति आज़ाद है। कोई रास्ता निकालना चाहिए ऑन रिकार्ड बताने के लिए।इसका लाभ किसी एक पक्ष को नहीं मिलना चाहिए कि वो राजनीति करें और दूसरा जवाब तक न दे सके।

कोर्ट की गाइडलाइन सही है। भारत की किसी जाँच एजेंसी पर विश्वास को लेकर आप राय बना सकते हैं। कब कोर्ट से राजनीति हो जाए और कब एजेंसी से आपको पता है।

मगर हमला नहीं होना चाहिए था। ये ग़लत हुआ है।

CBI will take over the case at 10 am and here’s the condition of Chest Medicine department of RGKar Medical college (where the victim was a trainee and found dead in the seminar room).

Surprisingly the SC refused to follow thru with their Electoral Bonds judgement. Disclosure of details of bonds showed that most bonds were given as bribes to parties for contracts from govts run by them; for favourable policy changes; for getting ED/CBI/IT/Drug Controller off their backs;
Was also clear that agencies under govt control cannot investigate. Yet the SC refused to set up an Independent investigation into this biggest scam & said that law should take its usual course! Shocking!

This time the horrific Incident of Suicide came from JNMC , Wardha by a 2nd year MBBS student who was an academically brilliant child but not surprising that No action was taken against people who “silently made her life hell inside college” shows the kind of utmost respect to the doctors of country !

It’s a wake up call to the sleeping society who wants their child to become a doctor anyhow should realise that the “cost of becoming doctor in India is not mere a sum of money , but could cost an entire Life of your child” and even after that it won’t be even a topic of discussion by any main stream media !
