It is quite sad & frustrating that there is no official portal to contact you regarding the applications or any special circumstances. Our MP @ClaireCoutinho kindly tried to help us but even she has received no response so far.

@ukhomeoffice@homeoffice_ukvi My husband & I have been through an ordeal after losing our BRPs early March while travelling overseas. We’re supposed to fly to US in 3 days for a long awaited trip but are still awaiting our replacement BRPs & have heard nothing so far (1/3)
@ukhomeoffice@homeoffice_ukvi This work was submitted in Oct’22 and invitation received in Dec’22. I appreciate that your team is busy, but I hope that you can help prioritising our applications. it would be a shame to see all efforts wasted. Please help!
People applying for visa extension are getting their BRPs in a week or max two these days. I was sincerely hoping that replacement BRP applications would be prioritised as losing BRPs is not planned and is bound to cause unnecessary disruptions. @ukhomeoffice@homeoffice_ukvi
@ukhomeoffice@homeoffice_ukvi I’m also supposed to present our work at the #ASCRS congress in San Diego, which is an esteemed event for ophthalmologists all across the world. A lot of time & effort has gone into this work and also planning the trip. Please can you help. (3/3)
@ukhomeoffice@homeoffice_ukvi This trip is a family reunion, planned long before we lost BRPs & my parents have travelled from India for this. I’ve tried getting in touch via all portals but have had no response. Sincerely grateful for any help. We only have 3 days left (2/3)
