These people keep making changes to the USMLE exams every single day and I am doubting - in coming days, they will bring back score system in Step-1 and make it more difficult.
Breaking:
At Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad, around 20–25 attendants reportedly attacked on-duty House Officers and TMOs.
This is not anger.
This is violence.
A hospital without doctor safety is not a hospital. It is a danger zone.
Immediate arrests, FIR, and permanent security measures are needed.
@NelsonMogaka_ Men select careers for the associated status and remuneration. Every profession loses status as more women enter it. Men flee from it as the mere presence of women knocks down the associated status several notches. Next up is engineering. Same happened to law.
Medicine is rapidly becoming a female-dominated profession. As salaries stagnate and job security declines, many men may no longer see it as an attractive career path. The incentives that once drew people into medicine are fading.

▪️40% of Indian children under five are classified as "stunted" - meaning they are too short for their age.
▪️While the reasons are manifold, the chronic undernutrition and the lack of protein are the main factors.
It’s practically impossible for an underpaid doctor who struggles to meet the ends utilises all of his potential for patient care. Exploitative healthcare system like this effect patient care more than it effects the doc. #PayRaiseForDoctors
Doctors in Pakistan are suffering tremendously. Rising inflation, low salaries, huge patient loads are all taking a toll on hard working professionals. Our HIV awareness work attacks the system that keeps both doctor and patient in desperate positions.
