Article 35A brought in discussion by JKSC decade ago was rejected by many legal experts who confined themselves to Art 370 only . But Article 35A abrogation brought justice to lakhs of people .
Only JKSC and many academicians who researched it deserve credit for its abrogation

@AnkurSharma_Adv @IkkJutt_Jammu, This is not done. We in collaboration with Department of Sociology, JU organized seminar in Jammu University on "Predicaments of Article 35A". Probably that was the first Academic event in J&K besides many public programmes held in past in J&K.

Last year today, 13th July, We organised our third seminar titled :
Article 370/35A, Jammu : The Siege Continues..
Never in the history of J&K these programs at such mammoth level were organised.
23 Days later, on 5th August 2019 #Article370 was abrogated.
