🚨BREAKING: ICE wrongfully deported a 25-year-old U.S. BORN citizen to Mexico… and he had to SUE the federal government to finally be allowed back into the United States.

Brian José Morales García repeatedly told authorities that he was born in Denver.

He told them he was an American citizen.

He told them he had a birth certificate, and Social Security number, at his home in Austin that he could provide.

And they deported him anyway.

According to his lawyers, the government deported Brian in April after a police stop near Fredericksburg. His citizenship was questioned, and ICE treated him as someone who had entered the country illegally.

Except he was born in the United States.

His lawyers later submitted additional evidence, including hospital records, witness affidavits, and a certified Colorado birth record confirming his citizenship.

And now, months after the government wrongfully deported him, Brian has finally been allowed to come home.

A U.S. citizen had to SUE the federal government, and produce an overwhelming amount of documentation, just to get back into the country he was born in.

And this is exactly why the argument that “if you’re a citizen, you have nothing to worry about,” is absolute bullshit.

Because what happens when the people with the guns and badges decide they don’t believe you?

What happens when saying, “I’m an American citizen…” isn’t enough?

What happens when you have to produce your birth certificate, your Social Security number, hospital records and witnesses… and even THAT doesn’t stop the government from deporting you?

So, when DHS say, “We won’t deport citizens.”

They already have. Brian is proof.

And the most terrifying part is that he was lucky enough to have lawyers who could fight like hell to get him back.

How many people don’t have that?

How many Americans could be detained, deported, or have their lives destroyed because an ICE agent decides they “look undocumented,” and didn’t believe them when they say they’re citizens?

That is why racial profiling is so dangerous, why due process matters, and why ICE agents violating constitutional rights puts everyone in danger.

And that is why giving federal agents more power, while demanding less accountability, is a dangerous combination.

🚨Genesee County uses Flock cameras to capture and search vehicle data. But when Kettering University student Josh Tewolde requested records showing where the cameras are, who accessed the data and whether his vehicle was scanned, the county withheld key information.

Its excuse? The records belong to Flock, a private contractor. But the county’s own contract says it owns the data.

Josh is suing because government should not be able to hide public surveillance records behind a private company. If the government uses the cameras, the public deserves transparency.

ICE refused to give a North Carolina Pastor his stroke medication for 16 days. He is now paralyzed on one side of his body.

Gabriel Johnson, 55, came to the United States from Liberia at 15 and has lived here legally ever since, though he never became a citizen. On the morning of July 15, ICE agents came to his family's home in Cary and took him. His daughter Gabri, 30, picked up the phone to her mother saying, "Don't panic. ICE just came to the house and took your pa." TheGrio's Kay Wicker first reported the family's account.

The family was first told it was a misunderstanding over a missed immigration appointment. They were later told officials were pursuing his removal under a broader change in federal immigration policy. He had been granted withholding of removal, which barred his deportation to Liberia.

Johnson has high blood pressure and a history of minor strokes going back to 2020. He spent roughly two weeks at Stewart Detention Center in Georgia, where his family says he kept telling them he was not getting his medication, food or water. "For 16 days they have refused to give him food and water consistently," Gabri said. "He has begged for his stroke medication."

ICE moved him to Prairieland Detention Center in Texas while his attorneys were still seeking a stay of removal. On July 30, the morning he was expected to be flown out of the country, he had a stroke.

"Like he's been telling them, give me my medication, give me food, give me water," Gabri said in the video she posted that night. "They laughed at him. They refused."

A nurse at the Texas hospital called so father and daughter could speak. ICE agents would not let her hand him the phone, the family says, because he might reveal his room location.

Their emergency stay of removal, asking for three to six months so he could stabilize, was denied. Rep. Valerie Foushee says her office is "actively working to have him released from ICE custody."

ICE has described Johnson as a Liberian national targeted in an enforcement operation and has not answered questions about why he was denied his medication. The Department of Homeland Security says he requested visitation.

His family says they had to trace his phone to find him in a Texas hospital. They flew there, waited hours, and were given exactly one hour with him.

BREAKING🚨 A Texas mother of two bled to death in a hospital while doctors REFUSED the procedure that could have saved her — because of abortion law.

Porsha Ngumezi was 11 weeks pregnant with the daughter she and her husband Hope had wanted so badly when the bleeding turned heavy on the drive home from a water park with their two little boys. She went to Houston Methodist Sugar Land on June 11, 2023. She bled through two transfusions. A nurse wrote that she was passing clots the size of grapefruit. She lost consciousness while Hope, an aircraft engineer, leaned over to warm her up, because she was cold and she always called him "the heater."

Hope called his mother, a former physician. "You need a D&C," she told them, the common procedure that clears the uterus and ends the bleeding.

When the OB-GYN on duty, Dr. Andrew Ryan Davis, finally came, he said the hospital's "routine" was to try the drug misoprostol first. Porsha had a blood-clotting disorder. More than a dozen doctors who later reviewed her case said she needed an emergency D&C right then, and that misoprostol at 11 weeks would not work fast enough.

A D&C is also how abortions are performed. A Texas doctor who performs an abortion later deemed medically unnecessary faces up to 99 years in prison and the loss of their license.

Porsha was moved out of the ER. She said her chest hurt. A nurse brought her Tylenol. She said it four more times over the next couple of hours before anyone brought morphine. Davis never came back. Around 1:30 a.m. she started gasping for air, and Hope grabbed the room phone and screamed for a nurse.

Her cause of death was vaginal hemorrhage. This year the Texas Medical Board ruled that Davis failed to quantify how much blood she was losing and chose to monitor her instead of taking her for the D&C. His penalty was extra training.
