@AirtelNigeria How do you re-assign my number and say it has been dormant for a year when I still received regular marketing sms and bank notification on my phone barely 4weeks ago while roaming abroad.
I keep hearing God say “who told you you were naked?” At first I thought what a weird question but then I realised they were naked. At least to themselves anyway! To God that’s fake news! Fake news is anything God didn’t say about you!
Can @gtbank@gtbank_help please explain how such money leaves my account without authorisation from me, the owner of the account, via the secure OTP or use of my Token?

Can @gtbank please respond to why I have intermittently received notifications of a login into my mobile app when I didn't login?
@gtbank@cenbank@officialEFCC They also claim all my bank details (PAN, Pin, CVV) were used for this transaction which is simply untrue because I am currently out of the country and have my card locked in a safe drawer where I am.
The @gtbank fraud team claimed to have investigated and confirmed the unnamed online merchant carried out the transaction and cannot reverse but failed to mention who the merchant is and the product they sell.

@cenbank@gtbank_help@officialEFCC I received no OTP notification and email alert as I would should I initiate such transactions but I subsequently received 3 email notifications of a login to my @gtbank mobile app when I did not login.
@gtbank_help@cenbank@officialEFCC I am yet to receive a satisfactory response from @gtbank of a reported fraud on my account for an online transaction in which the sum of N145,232.50 was wiped out in tranches of N9,650(x5) N48,250(x2) and N482.50.
