@howllestr it's just one mess after another with irl but i think they are going against UK trading standards now because it's just looking like they're trying to cut costs by not sending cards to everyone who is owed one

@howllestr it does come under misselling because they advertised that if you got the subscription before 31/12/25 you'd get the card. that's something to go back to them with.
