I spent my Sunday night filing reports, contacting support, and paying again just to eat.
Today, @Uber_Support said they won’t refund the order.

Oh, they will — even if it’s through the courts.

@Uber_Support As a paying customer, I should not have to spend an entire evening trying to prove that I was the victim of a service failure and a theft. Instead of accountability, I keep receiving template replies that shift the blame to the victim.

@Uber_Support My building has 24-hour security and a front desk, yet the delivery driver chose not to come inside or deliver the food, and instead took the order. Despite all the evidence and reports made by both me and the restaurant, Uber is still charging me and blaming me for what happened
