Baby apparently sleeping while drinking out of bottle.
Me, an ignoramus: I think she’s sleep juicing.
My wife, an intellectual: It’s called dream feeding. It already has a name. But I like your version better.
It is now called sleep juicing.
If you insist on using body wash, choose one that is sulfate-free. Look for antioxidant-rich formulas (vitamin C, E, or botanical extracts). Avoid body washes with harsh preservatives and artificial dyes.
#soap#bodywash
If it doesn’t say “soap” on the product, it’s not soap, it’s body wash. Body wash often contains ingredients that cause oxidative damage to the skin. Soap generally contains less ingredients that are safer for the skin.
Borrowed words of wisdom:
Delayed gratification is an important discipline in many aspects of our lives. Saving money helps us avoid debt. Not eating the donut helps us lose weight. Not doing the thing now helps us enjoy the thing even more down the road. Etc. However…
Indefinite delayed gratification leads to an over disciplined and unenjoyable life. It becomes discipline just for the sake of discipline instead of some higher purpose. It’s ok to enjoy things in life when delayed gratification used appropriately.
Quantum entanglement is a phenomenon in which the state of one electron can determine the state of another electron in which it is connected. This seems to happen instantaneously and even over vast distances. Check out this image of entangled electrons via digital holography.
Eating 3 meals a day to “keep your metabolism going” is poppycock hogwash. Humans are better equipped to go long periods without food than we are to have constantly elevated insulin levels. Intermittent fasting is an excellent way to add quality years to your life.
10 things that are disrupting your endocrine system:

Strength training has been shown in multiple studies to boost cognitive performance, enhance memory, and protect against neurodegeneration.
Seems ironic that the gym bros will be the intellectuals among us in years to come.
Start lifting!
To put yourself in an effective healing state every day, meditation and chiropractic are incredible methods for calming the nervous system and entering a parasympathetic state. Make these part of your daily/weekly/monthly routine to heal in an almost superhuman fashion.
Your nervous system has 2 states: sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest, digest, and heal). You cannot effectively heal when you are in a chronically stressed state.
Removing stressors is a great strategy for healing (such as alcohol and a SAD diet), but this is not possible for the majority of the stressful components of life.
Screens at night are hurting your health. Your pineal gland, which produces melatonin, is very sensitive to light and inhibits melatonin production when it detects light, especially blue light.
For better sleep quality and optimal melatonin production, turn off screens at least 1 hour before you want to go to sleep or invest in blue light filter glasses.
Eating your protein first followed by high quality fats before your carbohydrates and sugar will better stabilize your blood sugar so that it neither climbs too high nor plummets later. It will also keep your caloric intake lower because you won’t overeat.
There is a hierarchy of things to improve when it comes to optimizing your health. Yes, seed oils are bad for you, carbs and sugar should be moderated, water needs to be clean, and organic is best, but in a country where obesity is epidemic, weight loss should be prioritized.
There is no “correct” way to do this. Find what works for you. Experiment with counting macros, counting calories, keto, vegan, carnivore, etc. the best diet is the one that you can adhere to.
