Treachery, villainy, dishonor. There is no other name for the crime the Russians committed against Azov prisoners of war in Olenivka on the night of July 28–29, 2022, and it cannot be forgiven. 53 killed and missing, more than 130 wounded.

We remember, and will always remember, every brother-in-arms we lost in Olenivka, every Azov serviceman tortured by the Russians in captivity. Remember them too. Speak of them, talk about them, and do everything possible so that their deaths, and what they did for our state, are not in vain.

In total, 406 Ukrainians, military and civilian, are known to have been killed by the Russians in their torture chambers. The Russians use 695 (!!!) different methods of torture against Ukrainian prisoners. The whole world must know the scale of our enemy's bloodlust and sadism.

Azov continues to strike the enemy to avenge the shame of captivity, and takes prisoners to bring all our brothers-in-arms home. This is our front, and our part of the work. We call on everyone working on prisoner exchanges, in Ukraine and abroad, and everyone with influence and an audience, to keep drawing attention to the Russians' particular treatment of Azov prisoners of war and to make every effort toward their return.

More than 600 Azov prisoners of war remain in Russian captivity, including around 100 who survived the explosion at the Olenivka barrack. Many of them sustained injuries that the Russians failed to treat properly, and these people must be exchanged first.

We are obligated to bring back every one of them. Obligated to avenge every one of them. And to always remember the price we pay for our state's existence!

I invited Minister Sybiha to visit Israel as we mark 35 years of diplomatic relations between our countries.

Thank you to General Oleksandr Syrskyi for years of selfless service during the most difficult times for our state, and for continuous support of the Azov Brigade and, later, the Azov Corps. These years as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine demanded exceptional resilience and professionalism from General Syrskyi.

At the same time, I want to congratulate Major General Mykhailo Drapatyi on his appointment as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine! General Drapatyi is a commander forged in combat and one of the finest examples of Ukraine's new generation of officers, bringing extensive experience and a deep understanding of the situation across various sectors of the front. He also brings a team capable of driving positive change, and I believe this team can significantly strengthen our military capability. I wish the Commander-in-Chief strength, wisdom, and steadfastness in this demanding role. Let's keep working together to defend our homeland.

Well, judging by Fedorov’s briefing, after all these years of struggling against the all-powerful gray cardinal Andriy Yermak, it looks like we’ve ended up with a new Andriy Yermak — this time in a general’s uniform.

Another man who likes whispering in Zelensky’s ear, leveraging his status as the president’s new favorite who tells him what he wants to hear, while weaving intrigues, placing his own people everywhere, convincing Zelensky that conspiracies are being plotted against him, and blocking every initiative that would limit his power or inconvenience the “respectable people” around.

It has been a great honor to serve the Ukrainian people as the Minister of Defense.

Here is what our team managed to achieve:

1. Disabled Starlink access for Russian forces.

2. Took over a Ministry of Defense with zero budget, took a risk, reallocated funds from payroll from the end of the year, and effectively invested them in mid-strike capabilities, fiber-optic FPVs, low-cost reconnaissance, ground robotic platforms, interceptor drones, and deep-strike drones.

3. Launched "Logistical Lockdown", this cut off enemy logistics and initiated the isolation of Crimea.

4. Continued the funding program for the Drone Line.

5. Launched a support program for modern drone-assault units that rely primarily on advanced technologies in combat.

6. Introduced a 70% advance payment policy for procurements made via e-Points on the Brave1 Market portal.

7. Fundamentally overhauled the procurement system.

8. Procured thousands of pickup trucks, buggies, and ATVs for the military for the first time—and did so through open tenders.

9. The drone interception rate rose from 83% to 91%, and the cruise missile interception rate soared from 47% to 87%.

10. Contracted Patriot PAC-2 GEM-T missiles for the first time, and submitted an application through an EU loan to purchase PAC-3 missiles.

11. Launched a baseline drone supply system for brigades and corps.

12. Launched a massive grant program for manufacturers of explosives and missiles.

13. Initiated an unpopular but vital transformation of the military.

14. Conducted three UDCG meetings, where we successfully broke through the Russian information trap claiming our defeat, restoring partners' faith in Ukraine. This secured $40 billion in support announced for this year (excluding the EU loan).

15. Launched the mechanism to utilize the EU loan for our military priorities.

16. Found a way to scale cheap missiles against jet-powered Shaheds and signed a record-breaking contract.

17. Our domestic ballistics. We radically revised the technical specifications, maximized accuracy, and reduced the cost by 30%.

18. Signed a contract to procure Gripen fighter jets.

19. Collaborated with the military to plan and execute Operation Auchan, which halted the enemy's mechanized offensive for six months.

20. Opened up exports under the Drone Deal program to attract investment and scale up domestic defense-industrial complex (OPK) production.

21. Launched the Trophy Lab, providing partners with the opportunity to study captured Russian military technologies.

22. Launched the Defense AI Center A1 to accelerate the integration of artificial intelligence on the battlefield.
