Hi @AskCapitalOne I’ve had a Quicksilver One card since 2004 and have excellent credit, but I’m stuck paying a monthly fee with no upgrade options. Phone support said I have to “wait for an offer.” Is there truly no path to a no-fee conversion for long-standing customers?
