On New years eve day we walked along the Barwon River in Geelong and saw this awesome Tawny Frogmouth.

On 12/30 in the Iron Bark Preserve I got up close to a weasel skink.

@scrub It was very aware of where I was. I tried to get a closer image with the macro lens and it would not let me near it and when I got too close it clacked mandibles at me!

in the afternoon on the 29th we went to the You Yangs Regional Park and saw a small mob of eastern grey kangaroo and a wicked cool ant.
