@MaceAhWindu I took a whole ass college class on the history of the atomic bomb and we spent a massive chunk of the term on Leslie Groves and Oppenheimer and the Manhattan project. Fascinating and nuanced and complex.
@TheFirstOkiro Yeah in the original films, he was more of a psychological villain, an indomitable and patient evil. In the expanded materials he’s a juggernaut of death and destruction. Both wicked, both evil, both villains, just different aspects.
@StarWarsLawyer when introducing people to the films I tend to go in Release Order, though I've wanted to try a modified order that goes IV, V, I, II, III, VI, VII, VIII, IX for the main saga films.
@StarWarsLawyer Man there are so many great ones! One of my favorite awestruck moments was seeing Phantom Menace in theaters, the moment when Obi Wan bursts through the laser gate and takes on Mail at full speed! I’d never seen lightsaber combat that fast or cool!
@DavyFJones My other idea was: Sac wurmcoil to Krark Clan, then sac the lil wurms to krark Clan for 6 generic, but you bypass Ashaya's sac ability that way
@DavyFJones Oh sorry, I should've explained my thoughts more: Assuming you have Krark Clan out, and you sac Wurmcoil to Ashaya, you could sac the two baby wurmcoils to Krark Clan for 4 generic
@DavyFJones I'd suggest Wurmcoil engine, and a sac outlet like Krark Clan or Phyrexian Altar: Transform Ayara, then reanimate Wurmcoil from your graveyard, sac it in 2nd main and get your two mini Wurmcoils, evading the exile clause. Rinse and repeat!
If I were white, I’d want my children to learn Native history. I’d want them know to how things like food and medicine and clothing were distributed equally, for the betterment and collective good of the community. Not to make them “woke.” But to help them develop and grow into intelligent, compassionate, well informed members of society.
