(3/3) It's interesting to look at the Knight Commission database and compare financial details for the existing AAC schools and the C-USA schools heading to the AAC. It's broken down both with revenue and expenditures.

(1/3) Less than 10 months from the AAC, you would expect that there are a few UAB salaries that are comparable/competitive for the new league (AD, FB and MBB).

You have to hope there's a plan for making most, if not all, salaries competitive.

(2/3) The core of the department - the athletic trainers, directors of operations, equipment staff, SID's and others - are critical components for success. They need to be compensated accordingly.

Unfortunately, history says the administration is reactive not proactive.
