@Boss_Aleeyu Except there were no Muslims until 600 years later, but why should accurate history matter when one doesn’t even have the balls to respond.
Oh, didn’t He? He had some pretty harsh words for the Pharisees faith. I still call you to proof. You haven’t provided proof or counterargument at all. Instead, you’ve whined that “I don’t sound like Jesus to you” which is your opinion and that allegedly Jesus didn’t put down the faith of others when I have just given the example that He did with the Pharisees. He called them “Sons of Satan”. That’s Jesus in the Bible, not me.
PUH-leeze learn some basic theology before you attempt to debate it! 🙄 The concept of original sin means that the propensity for sin was passed down through all humans after Adam and Eve. No one except you is claiming that people are punished for Adam’s sins. People are punished for their own sins, not Adam’s or anyone else’s. What was inherited from Adam was the PROPENSITY to sin.
Learn some math and logic please. It's not 4000 vs. 4001. It's 1 vs. 1. Reality as we wake up to it every morning when we open our eyes either has meaning or it doesn’t. That’s the first logical decision that any conscious being has to make, whether or not to assign meaning to reality itself. Now, if someone decides that reality does have meaning, then there’s a whole subsequent set of decisions down a path that can indeed lead to God. So it's Meaning vs. No-Meaning. Not 4000 vs. 4001.
The Bible says what it says. Does It lie? Jesus said Himself many times that He was God. Each time that He referred to Himself as the Son of Man, He was referring to Himself with an Old Testament reference of a prophecy of God taking human form. He assumed the position of God so much that the Pharisees flipped their lids over it, doing things like forgiving sins directly, which only God has the authority to do, and identifying Himself as the Lord of the Sabbath in giving his disciples permission to eat certain things on the Sabbath.
I already did. Here it is again. Since it's there in the Bible, is the Bible a liar now? "Jesus said Himself many times that He was God. Each time that He referred to Himself as the Son of Man, He was referring to Himself with an Old Testament reference of a prophecy of God taking human form. He assumed the position of God so much that the Pharisees flipped their lids over it, doing things like forgiving sins directly, which only God has the authority to do, and identifying Himself as the Lord of the Sabbath in giving his disciples permission to eat certain things on the Sabbath." So there's Jesus as One with God the Father, Actual God YHWH. We can go on with the Holy Spirit, the Ruach HaKodesh, the third member of the Trinity if you want. The Bible says what it says. Does It lie?
