Do you know that mid level Product based MNC are shifting to FTEs where contract are getting removed. Which we are saying as layoff. But the truth there is 70% hiring as full time to replace.

Reason is simple they want everything in house. So if you are in service based then you should start preparation to consultant roles at least.
