@8PMnoCM की हाई कोर्ट के ऐसे आदेश के उल्लंघन की घटना वो सीधे हाई कोर्ट को पत्र के माध्यम से बताए। मतलब आदेश पारित करने के बाद उसकी पालना के लिए आवश्यक monitoring का दायित्व भी हाई कोर्ट को लेना चाहिए खासकर तब जब पूरा सिस्टम ऐसे आदेश को दरकिनार करने में इच्छुक हो। (2/2)

@8PMnoCM होना यह चाहिए की जब भी हाई कोर्ट ऐसा आदेश पास करे जिसकी वन टाइम पालना की जगह लगातार पालना (continuous compliance) की जरूरत हो तो वहां हाई कोर्ट को मैटर को पेंडिंग रखते हुए संबंधित विभाग से हर तीन महीने में compliance report मांगनी चाहिए। और आम जनता को स्वतंत्रता देनी चाहिए (1/2)
