The same UCT council that wants to silence @AdvOppenheimer and @DavidAnsara allows for the praising of Hamas and Hezbollah on campus.
Dear @UCT_news, please explain to me how this video alone doesn't prove an Islamist influence at UCT. How can you allow students to wave terrorist flags and praise them on your campus?
You are attempting to silence the wrong people.
🇿🇦 South Africa, history is going to judge you brutally.
There is absolutely no logical reason to remain hostile to the most brilliant engineering mind of our entire generation.
We are talking about the man who turned science fiction into reality, a man who engineered autonomous driving, built rocket-boosted supercars, and will undoubtedly be the reason humanity puts cars on Mars.
The rest of the world is celebrating. Humanity is pleased.
The global community looks on in absolute awe of what is being built right now on Earth.
Yet, you choose hostility.
You do not want to be that stubborn, bitter corner of the world that became completely tech-illiterate.
You do not want history to remember you as the society that chose to be blind, dumb, and small-minded, fighting against raw innovation and waging a petty war against the world's greatest living builder.
Wake up before history leaves you behind in the dirt.
ASYLUM APPLICATIONS | March and March leader Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma says South Africans have followed all legal channels to no avail and are now demanding that the Department of Home Affairs take the matter of asylum seekers back to the Constitutional Court.
@GaytonMcK just this, the national hockey team having to crowdfund their tournament, makes you and your excessive spendthrift department a typical criminal corrupt enterprise like your criminal corrupt racist @MYANC handlers - more pathetic and criminal, you just don't get. Once a criminal, always a criminal ........ #voetsekPA, #voetsekANC
BREAKING: AfriForum is questioning why South Africa is supporting a slower and more expensive satellite internet option over Starlink.
• AfriForum filed a formal information request seeking details on how BrainSAT and its UAE partner, Space42, were selected.
• The Thuraya-4 service reportedly offers speeds of only up to 1 Mbps, while Starlink averages around 241 Mbps with much lower latency.
• A 10 Mbps YahClick plan costs R2,033 per month with a 150GB soft cap and roughly 720ms latency. Meanwhile, uncapped Starlink plans in neighbouring countries start below R500 per month.
The comparison figures and AfriForum’s formal transparency request are reported by MyBroadband and AfriForum.
Millions of South Africans are stuck with no internet that holds back their entire lives. Kids can’t learn online. Farmers can’t access real-time markets. Small businesses can’t compete globally. Hospitals struggle with telemedicine.
Starlink would change ALL of that overnight with blazing-fast, low-latency connectivity anywhere in the country.
But it’s STILL not allowed.
Why? Because the people in power have made it crystal clear: Elon Musk isn’t Black. That’s literally the reason. Just raw racial gatekeeping.
Denying millions of citizens a basic 21st-century tool because the founder’s skin color doesn’t check the right box. This isn’t “equity” it’s straight-up injustice dressed up as policy.
And here’s the part that shows who Elon really is:
He’s been offered the “easy way out” multiple times. Just install a Black front-man, pretend he runs Starlink South Africa, pay the right bribes, and boom, license granted. Easy millions (or billions) in revenue. No one would even blink. That’s how the game is played there.
Elon refused. Every. Single. Time.
He could have cashed out, looked the other way, and let the corruption machine keep spinning. Instead he said: “No. We do this the right way or not at all.” Principles over profit.
That’s the Elon the legacy media will never show you, because it shatters their scripted narrative.
South Africa deserves Starlink. Its people deserve better than being held hostage by racist bureaucracy.
Elon’s doing it the honest way. Respect.
@elonmusk keep fighting the good fight 🇿🇦🚀
South Africa won’t allow Starlink to be licensed, even though I was BORN THERE, simply because I am not Black!
We were offered many times the opportunity to bribe our way to a license by pretending that a Black guy runs Starlink SA, but I have refused to do so on principle.
Racism should not be rewarded no matter to which race it is applied.
Shame on the racist politicians in South Africa. They should be shown no respect whatsoever anywhere in the world and shunned for being unashamedly RACISTS!
I regard being insulted by someone like you as a huge compliment 😉. It means @afriforum and I are on the right path!
You are a central role player in the party that has destroyed the country through incompetence and corruption. Now you are endangering the country by insulting powerful economic partners. You don’t care because you will continue to wear your designer clothes while joblessness and poverty grow because of your stupidity.
Dear Elon (@elonmusk, @SpaceX, @grok),
My name is Brandon Titus (@TheBrandonTitus) and I’m writing this with a heavy heart and a sliver of hope, knowing it’s a longshot for you to even see it amid everything on your plate. But as the creator of Grok (who helped draft this), you know better than anyone how AI can amplify voices that might otherwise go unheard. If there’s any “inside track” or way to bump this up—maybe through xAI channels or your team—I’m begging for that edge, because this is the most important request I’ve ever made. Once my dad’s gone, there’s no second chance.
He’s 67, fought liver cancer for five grueling years since retiring, and now his health is fading fast. He hasn’t been the same since the July 4th floods, which wiped out everything including my family’s home and my father’s motorhome. I swam through raging waters to pull him off the roof of my tool shed. My sister relocated him to Marble Falls so she could aid with his medical care while my wife and I rebuild our house for us and 5 or our 7 children that still live at home.
My father has always been rocket-obsessed, from my earliest childhood memories of him explaining launches to me and the two of us building / launching Estes Rockets of all sizes. Then you come along and single handedly saved our nations freedom of speech and seared your name in my father’s heart. You’re one of few people he’s ever held in such high regard. When you caught that first booster, he was transfixed, grinning ear-to-ear like I hadn’t seen in years. Heck, He started an X account solely to keep up with and track SpaceX milestones; it’s been his brightest light through the cancer battles. I never thought I’d see him integrate with technology.
His final lap is weighing heavy on me and memories are my top priority. He has 1 desire (His only bucket list item): Seeing a launch live. Starbase in Texas would be perfect—we’re close, and I can get him there. But with no dates on the near calendar, I’d scrape together funds, I’d even take a second mortgage if needed for Florida, it’s that important. I will figure out the finances if there’s any way you could make it personal—a meet-and-greet, or even just a quick video message—it’d be priceless. His birthday is coming up on February 6. I’m not confident hell see another one.
Honestly Elon, you’re building the future Dad’s always dreamed of. I would be forever grateful if you were able to help me make this memory happen. If there’s any chance this makes hits your radar, know that there couldn’t be a better man for this to happen to. His name is Michael Titus!
DM, reply or anything
Deepest Regards,
🤞🏻 Brandon Titus
NEW VIDEO FROM IRAN
🚨 Viewer Discretion Is Advised 🚨
An Iranian friend of mine just sent me this footage from Iran. So many (nearly 20,000) Iranians have been murdered by @khamenei_ir’s regime for protesting for their freedom, that the streets are lined with dead bodies in body bags. There aren’t enough body bags to keep up with the death toll.
You can see people wearing face masks because the stench of dead bodies is overwhelming. Women can be heard screaming and crying in the background as they search for their relatives’ bodies amid a room full of dead bodies covered in horrific wounds from automatic rifles.
Absolutely horrific video.
China Is in Default on $1 Trillion Owed to Americans — Time to Pay Up.
Every country is expected to honor its sovereign debt. Default is not an option—except, apparently, for China.
The United States continues to pay interest on hundreds of billions in debt held by Beijing, while China remains in default on more than $1 trillion owed to American bondholders.
In this video, I break down the forgotten history behind China’s sovereign bonds, the international law of successor governments, the precedent set by Britain and Margaret Thatcher, and why Beijing’s debt denial undermines its own historical claims—especially on Taiwan.
