As per usual, local Iraqi (Arabic & Kurdish) media coverage is minimal if at all existent on this.
The local media, almost entirely controlled by current political parties, has failed us.
Then we wonder why Iraq’s youth are nostalgic about this dark era.

@Observer46664 I rarely tweet, but if Gertrude can be credited with anything it is laying the roots of minority rule in Iraq. She championed for it at the Cairo Conference in 1921. She wasn’t the sole architect for Iraq’s future troubles but she was instrumental.
