Astounded that @alpsa have made zero commitment to increasing homelessness services' funding to better meet costs and demand, nor significantly increasing public housing while pronouncing Labor values (including equality) and repeatedly saying 'we won't leave anyone behind'
Cory Bernardi, One Nation’s South Australian leader, says he stands by the comments he made almost 14 years ago that suggested allowing same-sex marriage would lead to society accepting polyamorous unions and bestiality.

When will we build the homes that South Australians need and can actually afford? Not million dollar homes that are out of the financial reach of the majority of citizens? #saparli
Only a re-elected Labor Government has a plan to seize these opportunities and ensure will allow our state to flourish. More homes are being built in South Australia than ever before. But we need to do more.
Our housing target of 13,500 homes completed each year would mean we would need to outpace the record growth we have seen in the last four years.
Building more homes = more affordable housing.
That’s why we’re making a massive investment to fast track 17,000 new homes in South Australia.
With 7,000 put aside just for first home buyers.
Because we want to help Australians get their foot in the door sooner.
@AlboMP Building more homes does not = more affordable housing.
Gov't policy with its primary objective of growth makes more affordable housing impossible without changing the policies which treat housing as an investment rather than a necessity.
@BarbaraPocock How about in the development application process we ensure that DEVELOPERS provide for the community.
Ie. 1-5% of development includes social housing... just saying.
@BarbaraPocock The reality is, there is no help for anyone facing homelessness, even in states where housing services exist. People are given phone numbers from those services, not homes.
@BarbaraPocock@GregMcgarvie Yes, he could start with Santos.
This is an absolute disgrace. The timing couldn’t be worse, services like these are life saving. Labor doesn’t give a toss about the poor any more.
@BarbaraPocock@j4gypsy In light of his recent decisions, voters qmust question Malinauskas' judgement and desire to act in the best interests of all South Australians.

Alarm bells as Murray declared critically endangered.
Listing the beleaguered Murray River as critically endangered must be backed with action if it is to be saved, environmentalists say....

With a budget surplus of $273 million how can the Malinauskas government be serious about not funding critical support services in the face of a growing crisis? How about taxing big corporations to invest in the housing we need so badly?
Thank you to my former colleagues past and present and to the board and organisational members of Shelter SA for your decades of systemic advocacy for a fairer #housing system for South Australians on low incomes. Your important voice will be missed #advocacy#SAparli
@ShelterSa Very sorry to hear this news. Thank you for everyone involved with Shelter SA both currently and throughout its history for your efforts to maintain our collective community focus on this most fundamental right and responsibility.
Very sad news for SA today. Thanks to all of the team at Shelter SA for your hard work and dedication. This continues to be a critical issue for our community.
How disappointing for housing and homelessness systemic advocacy, research, policy work and community engagement for those living with the greatest housing need.

I feel the @PMalinauskasMP govenment has turned its back on people experiencing homelessness despite the rhetoric of no-one left behind. Whats the plan? #saparli
