@kitasainz @gingeezus Mine was around 15,000 ten years ago. We didn't do wedding favors, had a guest book from a second hand store (it was really cute actually), my Dress was my mum's, got the celebrant/venue/flowers/cake/photog on the cheap. It was still so much fun and I wouldn't change anything

@_BADCATBAD Have you ever entered the NZ comp? It's completely different to the Aussie ones. You get seen one at a time, the judges take time to talk to you about the cosplay, get up close and flip seams. The Aussie competitions are terrible in terms of judging.

@LolliLane @Me_Meka_ They can enter another cosplay, I've entered the competition twice in a year and a few years back a cosplayer won BiS at two geddons.

@OtomeEmblem No, because it would be a one off competition and not part of a larger competition. The judges made a call that the three winners for TGA were the best at that show, but made the difficult call not to award BiS. It's a competition and not everyone is going to win.

@OtomeEmblem In the end it is a competition, people are going to be judged and may not make the line. I wouldn't want a pity award just because it "should" be awarded
