As much as I love the game and the creativity of the community, this feels genuinely lifeless and forced

It doesn't feel or evoke the essence of the game and lore, it just feels like someone attempting to adapt a film into the game with greenscreen editing

I think the community needs to apologize to Story Mode

I also think the studio could've hired some experienced MC animators that can blend the blocky and realistic styles, or literally reference some of the really good realism mods/texture packs for this mess

Kinda disappointed in the mob designs too, even in mid 2010s there were interesting art and models of realistic mobs already made yet the ones here feel lackluster and plain than evoke the danger for netherspawn

The overworld mobs feel uncanny and scarier than the antagonists rn
