@ADT been a few weeks since monitoring services weren’t working, meaning alarm goes off emerg services won’t be notified. Called several times and only get message that it’s a long wait. Best part when alarm beeps in the middle of the night to let me know it’s not working

@BallastPoint how come your restaurant in Long Beach, Ca never answers their phones or reply to messages (emails/DM’s)? Simple question, looking to celebrate wife’s bday on Saturday for 8 people. Just need to know if they’re are restrictions on the size of the party, that’s it.
@AmericanAir I guess this is how you get people to give up on resolving their issues. I guess I’ll have to contact @FAANews and @USDOT. Almost 2 hrs on hold.
Hey @AmericanAir some 24hr customer service. I call during the day and long waits. I call at 1:30 am and on hold for over an hour (still waiting) to resolve a refund issue. Horrible customer service
@SamsungUS I get a quick response yesterday regarding my issue after I tweet , but after 2 DM’s, no response. Your customer service via Twitter is the same as your phone service..horrible. Send in bad sound bar and haven’t received a replacement or response..going on 2 weeks
@SamsungUS@Samsung Who can clarify things for me? Sent in my Samsung HW-A650/ZA sound bar into your repair dept. Was notified it cannot be fixed and qualify for upgrade. Then told no upgrade but will be replaced by with a used unit. Now told it’s under review. Which one is it?
