She says, "I am a journalist. It was my duty to cover the protest. Though I was not covering the protest, another reporter was on the ground. I was inside the Supreme Court premises. There were two gates; Rahul Gandhi was about to exit through one, and the other wasn't crowded. I was standing at the gate through which Rahul Gandhi was supposed to exit. I was excited for his byte on my mic ID. I thought it was a big day for me. When he exited, everyone stood at the gate. When I extended my mic, people gestured at me to remove it. I then removed it. I saw other media personnel still with their mic and camera setup there. So, I extended my mic once again; it was my job. I didn't ask a question. I just wanted to record his byte, whatever he had to say. Everything within a few seconds. Rahul Gandhi moved forward; he held this (gesturing to her shoulder) and pulled. I could feel his strength. His guards pushed me. On video, my cameraman can be seen being elbowed by Rahul Gandhi; he fell down. I shouted and pleaded not to be pushed. But I was pushed; I fell down the stairs. My phone screen was cracked...I said Rahul Gandhi had pushed me. But his people kept chanting 'Rahul Gandhi zindabad' to drown out my voice. I was shocked...I called up my seniors. They told me what happened wasn't right. They told me that they trust me and I should make a video and post...I was brought to a hospital, and I complained of slight pain in my stomach. So, then I was taken to Ganga Ram Hospital. I hadn't disclosed my pregnancy to anyone or my organisation; I wanted to do so after NT/NB Scan...Doctors told me to get an X-ray done as I had fallen down. It was then that I told a nurse about my pregnancy. She informed the doctor. Then my X-ray wasn't done. I was sent for an ultrasound and it was done. I started vomiting, so I was told to be admitted to the hospital...Shame on you, Rahul Gandhi. They trended 'Smash Patriarchy'. Will they smash it like this? They are saying why did I enter the crowd if I am pregnant. I am a journalist too. That is my job. My voice will be emboldened now, as the entire nation is standing with me..."

तो समझ लो कि उदेश्य न्याय या मुद्दा उठाना नहीं.... सिर्फ और सिर्फ लोगों ले बीच झूंठ फैलाना है

सोमवार को राहुल गांधी और इंडिया गठबंधन की ओर से ज्ञानेश कुमार के खिलाफ 11 याचिका दायर की गईं।

अब उन याचिकाओं का हाल जानिए
1- उन याचिकाओं के साथ वकालतनामा नहीं लगाया गया ।
2-अदालत की फीस में 220 रु���ये कम जमा की गई।
3-कांग्रेस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे के आधार कार्ड की ऐसी फोटोकॉपी संलग्न की गई थी, जिसे पढ़ा नहीं जा सकता ।
4-याचिका के साथ कुछ आवश्यक कानूनी दस्तावेज संलग्न नहीं किए गए ।
5-फॉर्म में प्रतिवादी के नाम में गलती मिली।
6- कुछ याचिकाकर्ताओं के पते आधे अधूरे और गलत ।
7- याचिका के साथ किसी पुराने संबंधित फैसले की कॉपी संलग्न नहीं की गई ।
8-इसके अलावा छपाई और प्रिंट की इतना खराब था जिसे पढ़ने में समस्या भी सामने आई।
9-दो महत्वपूर्ण डॉक्युमेंट की कलर कॉपी जमा नहीं की गई।
10-याचिका के पन्नों पर क्रम गलत लिखा था।
11-क्षेत्रीय भाषा में शामिल किए गए कुछ पन्नों का अनुवाद याचिका के साथ नहीं दिया गया।

अब फैसला ��ुद कर लीजिए गठबंधन एक याचिका सही से दाखिल नहीं कर सके, उनके हाथ में देश आ जाए तो देश का क्या हाल बनाएंगे।

या ये देश को आग लगाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के खिलाफ़ भी माहौल बनाने का प्रयत्न है!

दिसंबर 2024 के पटियाला नगर निगम चुनाव में सत���ता के नशे में चूर आम आदमी पार्टी के गुंडों ने भाजपा उम्मीदवारों को नामांकन करने से जबरदस्ती रोक दिया था। सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा गठित कमेटी की जांच ने AAP के इस कुचक्र की पोल खोलकर रख दी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पटियाला के 28 वार्ड और मोगा जिले के धर्मकोट व बाघापुराणा के 22 वार्ड, यानी कुल 50 वार्डों के चुनाव रद्द कर नए स��रे से चुनाव कराने का आदेश दिए हैं।
