Love to ride month. For leisure, for commuting, for the health benefits. Great initiative from @SalfordRoyalNHS and @gmpolice to supply 50 free bike locks to staff who commute by bike. Did a few miles myself this morning, it was beautifully springy out there!

@GMPDidsbury Lots of very fast dangerous driving on Barlow moor road about 200 m away from your police station on Elizabeth slinger road. Join me on my cycle commute at 7am and make a shed load more arrests!

@WalkRideGM long awaited resurfacing of Barlow Moor Road in Didsbury. Can we please make sure cycle lanes are put in when they do the road markings? It’s a very busy road and a major cycle route into and out of the area.

While trying to go for a five minute walk today we were sad to see that Didsbury sports ground is being used for sunbathing, cricket plying, football practice and general hanging out. Can’t even go for a walk near my home. #NHSworkers #StayHome #GMP

Just read chapter 3 of @jamestaylor20‘s ‘Cut short’,had to put the book down,Wow...takes me back.We lived this too,such a weird& scary time,when u realise life’ll never be the same. You’ve captured that terrible moment so honestly. Great read! And thankfully both doing 👍🏽 now
