I explained this before but ..
By the time cars from the left pass the width restriction, 3-4-5-10 cycles of green lights come and go for the cars on the right causing them to sound their horns and be very aggressive.

This has and is affecting all the residents health due to noise, and all that have to drive through this.

This needs addressed ASAP
