और इनको 20 साल बाद, बाइज़्ज़त बरी होने के बाद भी आजतक कोई मुआवजा नहीं मिला!

किसी इंसान की जिंदगी खत्म हो गयी, लेकिन सरकार ने एक पैसा नहीं दिया! जबकि करोड़ों rupye SC/ST एक्ट में दिये जाते हैं औऱ फ़र्ज़ी केस साबित होने के बाद भी वसूले नहीं जाते!

A 17-year-old girl and her friend had visited Kalkaji Temple in Delhi and subsequently entered Astha Kunj Park through Gate No. 7.

3 men approached them while posing as policemen, separated the girl from her friend, and took her to a secluded area of the park, where they gang-raped her.

One accused identified as Asif was injured in a police encounter and arrested. Two other accused are still absconding.

This is the situation in Delhi.

Why have the remaining accused not been arrested yet? What does this say about the state of law and order and the safety of women in the national capital of India?

मथुरा में 30 वर्षीय पंडित नंद किशोर शर्मा पूजा पाठ कर्मकांड करवा के धर्म पूर्वक अपने परिवार की आजीविका निर्वहन करते थे। घर में अकेले कमाने वाले थे, इनके तीन बच्चे थे।

2023 के मई महीने में इन्हें मोबाइल पर फोन करके शादी करवाने के लिए किसी ने बुलाया। शाम को पंडितजी अपनी साईकिल लेकर निकले। रात में सड़क के किनारे जला हुआ शरीर मिला, साँस चल रही थी लोग इन्हें अस्पताल लेकर गए लेकिन इनका निधन हो गया।

परिजनों ने मथुरा के छाता थाने में इनके हत्या की कंप्लेन की लेकिन योगी की पुलिस ने कोई जाँच शुरू नहीं की। ब्राह्मण महासभा के नेताओं ने थाने पर दबाव बनाया लेकिन योगी के सजातीय थानेदार के कानों पर जूं तक नहीं रेंगी।

इनके हत्या के मामले में इन्हें बुलाने वाले की कॉल डिटेल निकलवाने जैसा बेसिक काम करना भी पुलिस ने जरूरी नहीं समझा।

इनपर आश्रित बच्चे और पत्नी अनाथ हो गए। ब्राह्मण महासभा के नेताओं ने स्थानीय पुलिस अधिकारियों को इनके हत्या के आरोपियों पर कार्रवाई के लिए कई बार ज्ञापन दिया।

नियो पॉलिटिको के पत्रकार शुभम शर्मा ने इनका मुद्दा कई महीनों तक ट्विटर पर उठाया मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और डीजीपी यूपी को टैग भी किया गया लेकिन कहीं कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई।

पत्रकार शुभम शर्मा ने श्रीधर सेवा फाउंडेशन के माध्यम से इनके बच्चों के फीस की जिम्मेदारी उठाई, लेकिन भाजपा के भगवाधारी मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ की तरफ से न परिवार को कोई मदद मिली न आरोपियों को दंडित करके न्याय ही मिला।

धर्मनिष्ठ ब्राह्मणों की हत्या में भी तथाकथित हिंदूवादी मुख्यमंत्री का रवैया उपेक्षा का रहता है।

This is especially true if you are a General Category student, who competes on merit.

See reservation & all is not going away, irrespective of which political party comes to power.

As resources shrink, freebies will expand.
So don't pin your hopes on politics.

Your only legit defense is your hard-work & money that you make. You gotta create opportunities for yourself. The state will not do it for you.

First, become financially strong. Living abroad, allows you to attain financial freedom much faster.

Once that is done, you can always move back to India, if/when you like.
