Existing फोरलेन (बक्सर-पटना, पटना-मोकामा, मोकामा-मुंगेर, मुंगेर-मिर्जाचौकी) को ही "बक्सर-भागलपुर एक्सप्रेसवे" का केवल नाम दे दिया जाएगा।

ऐसे में बिहार के हरेक फोरलेन रोड को एक्सप्रेसवे घोषित कर देना चाहिए।

Economy doesn't work in silos. Cheap labour of Bihar helps other states maximise profits and their taxes. And it will turn out to be a humongous amount if rightly calculated.

So don't consider budget as some sort of bias towards Bihar. No one is doing anyone a favor here :)
