@rozaynyzam @GenshinUniverse Thing is, two years ago Hoyo promised that every year we will get +1 character to standard banner. Last year it was Mizuki, this year we still dont have one and in line of known future chars - Lohen was best candidate for that

@gblevvy @GenshinUniverse They restricted by law and MUST announce in front that char will be standard, as they did with Mizuki, Tighnari, Keqing. They also had limited banner before goin to standard and that always announced on livestreams
