This might be controversial but would you want Leeds to return to yellow colour as their home kit or keep it as white?
If it was me, I wouldnt mind going back to the yellow #lufc
@Yorkshire_Tales Only time I got up close and personal with a top pro it showed me what a class footballer is. His 1st touch and control was unreal I couldn't believe how good he was. Brilliant player instant control no movement no time lost just pure control
@Yorkshire_Tales My claim to fame Sniffer whilst injured became coach for Collinghan and trained me got into 1st team (top team then) selected me to play at Fulton Park against some German touring team then subbed me off cos I was total shit. Short lived hysteria...
Victor Valdés warned before retiring: “When I retire, I will disappear. I’ll go somewhere no one can find me.”
And he did.
The legendary goalkeeper of Guardiola’s Barcelona, after a career filled with titles and unforgettable nights, decided to walk away completely from football and public life.
He tried his hand at coaching, even returning to Barça to lead the U19 squad, but three years later he left without notice — no press conference, no statement.
He deleted WhatsApp. He doesn’t answer messages. Nobody knows where he lives, what he’s doing, or if he even wants to be found.
A man who once stood on football’s biggest stages now lives in complete silence.
This is what Morgan MvSweeney said to the Foreign Affairs Select Committee:
"I believe that the text messages from Mandelson to me on the day [5 September] will be made available in the Humble Address. I cannot remember precisely what
he said, but he texted me his thoughts".
He added:
"The only texts back from me to him were at the end of the day, when I said, “Look, I thought we did well, considering the circumstances today"".
McSweeney was then asked by Emily Thornberry:
"Are any of your text messages to Peter Mandelson—or not—going to be available in the Humble Address?"
McSweeney replied "Yes".
Morgan McSweeney didn't say the messages had been lost because of auto-delete. He didn't say he no longer had them because his phone had been stolen. He literally quoted verbatim from one of his messages to Mandelson, and said that and other messages would be published.
And they haven't been.
On 28 April Morgan McSweeney told the Foreign Affairs Select Committee his messages to Peter Mandelson would be published. They haven't been. The cover up is now proven > Daily Mail > https://t.co/AmzPEOCDf4
