#Evri have left me £88 out of pocket after losing one of my return parcels. This happened in October and they are ignoring me. Retailer won't do anything either. Just what I need in a cost of living crisis and the lead up to Christmas! @carolynharris24 @EVRi_Delivery

@candylou1 @carolynharris24 @EVRi_Delivery I have got the return order tracking number which was on the QR code. When I scan this now it says 'parcel cannot be found' and previously it was sitting there to say that the item was in the locker.
