@nate_vliets @ThePrimalDino @MihirNeal @NASA @NASA_SLS But the most similar rocket to Starship is old shiny Atlas, also made from stainless and used a combination of booster and sustainer engines to go single stage to LEO. 1st orbital Mercury used this system.

I've done that math and that rocket WILL go SSO, just like Atlas.
