@British_Airways No hold luggage for any passenger was put on our return flight. We were not informed about this until landed. People were not boarded as there were a number of empty seats and I know for a fact as I overheard them having been given compensation. Comms were non-existent from BA

@British_Airways Does anybody actually exist in your customer service dept!? It would be nice to have a response... Inappropriate excess baggage fee and then not putting a single piece of any of your customer’s bags on their return flight is shocking. Really poor customer service

@British_Airways Bags arrived 4 days late. I want an update on my complaint regarding the excess baggage charge. 2 of our bags were 15kg or less and we got charged £130 as one of our bags was 29kg and the other 24/25kg. We were under our total weight allocation. No time to re pack as systems down

I thought CCA at level of cystic duct insertion. I also thought there was an acoustic shadow here as well though as you move just distal suggesting stone.
