@1964atta I done my phd from foreign scholarship and not from HEC or Pak scholarship. I came Pakistan to serve here. Now, I am trapped in TTS net of HEC. The TTS employees are facing a lot of issues as you know well. Please help them as they are nation builders with education and Research.
