Every batch, ek PGR "mentor" bantа hai — larkon ko discipline sikhata hai, aur larkiyon ko "extra clinical guidance" jo strangely hamesha KFC/Subway pe hoti hai. Power + authority + naive juniors = ek predictable formula jo har batch mein repeat hota hai. Convenient, no? 🩺🍗
