Anyone familiar with 2021 SAS contract re OOH banding? Going from LED (2002 JD contract) to 2021 SAS contract on a 1 in 8 rota 14PA. NHSE/BMA contract says uplift of 5% uplift of basic salary or time and a third for substantive shift work. Anyone know? #SAS

@RobJimFleming Yeah I'm still paying off the sleep debt going into nights on call! Anecdotally I found cool showers, liberal NSAIDS and using a yoga ball to sit on before bed rather than a proper chair helpful before sleep. Hope you recover soon!
