@Delta Diane, flight attendant this morning on flight 3728 was awesome! Great positive energy and excellent customer service! She deserves some recognition!
@Delta if Ive paid to fly on a Delta flight, and you have open, unfilled seats on an earlier flight to the same airport, why do I have to pay $75 to switch, even with Silver Medallion status and no checked bags? #rediculousfees#customerfocus
@AmericanAir it wasn't so much the rebooking as the attitude of your gate attendants (gate B2, flight 1937). Just tough luck and I can't rebook you. If you dont like it, go to customer service. Just plain rude, no empowerment to help me.
@AmericanAir Delay from PNS, gate agent delay in CLT, got to connection exactly 10 minutes prior to departure & gate agent had already closed the flight prior to that cutoff. Even worse, she cited AA policy when refusing to confirm me on the next flight. ZERO customer service.
