@AnthropicAI Tuesday's Cowork outage wiped all my projects. I've sent 9 support requests since (4 emails, 5 Fin chats, multiple X posts) — zero response. I'm a paying customer { £150 pcm } and this is killing my business. Can someone from your team actually respond?
@AnthropicAI - max subscription paying Claude user here. All my co-work projects have disappeared from my account Tuesday . I've sent 4 emails and 5 messages via Fin over the past 4days with zero reply. Can someone please look at this? Account-level investigation needed.
