Economic revival cannot eclipse fundamental right of citizens. Insolvency law can never be an instrument to perpetuate displacement or defer the promise of dignified housing guaranteed under the Constitution of India. The law must balance commercial rights wth human realities.

@SurakshaGroup_ under the Resolution Plan continue to suffer despite years of waiting. There is no proper #supervision of the #implementation, which has allowed the SRA to act at its own discretion, ignoring the interests of buyers.
We sincerely appeal for your understanding and intervention. The situation of thousands of families depends on timely oversight and fair implementation of the Resolution Plan.

This is exactly what the #homebuyers of #Jaypee Infratech Limited #JILhbs, have endured since our asset-rich company was brought under the #IBC. The admission of JIL into the #NCLT process in 2017 effectively shut the doors on any genuine reconciliation or resolution.
Even after the takeover by the @SurakshaGroup_ construction progress remains stalled. Instead of fulfilling their obligations, the group appears to be diverting funds and prioritizing their own interests—imposing compound interest on buyers, charging exorbitant transfer fees, withholding crucial information, and more. The list of grievances continues to grow.
What’s most alarming is the complete absence of a strong, statutory monitoring mechanism to ensure proper implementation of the resolution plan. Without accountability, the situation for homebuyers is only deteriorating.

But for Suraksha, it’s just paper.
