This is my logic... With public companies the salary of all the officers is public, any employee is able to tell what the C-Suite is making. So why is it a secret what anyone else makes?

I shared my salary with (some of) my employees, especially those that I would hope would take my position one day, I know what they all make as I negotiated their salaries, raises and bonuses, I think it's fair

@LindseyCreated I believe the proper question should be can he build that generational wealth and still be a good father/husband. The amount of time that is required for true wealth is not conducive to being a present for things.

@jfitzgeraldMD I disagree. Xinnenial here. My parents explained the balance in marriage. If you pay the mortgage and most of the bills it comes with perks. The problem is that a lot of relationships are more symmetrical than either party would prefer.

We can say I wish they made more, I also wish bit players made more too, and programmers for the games... There is a long list of people who are underpaid in every industry. They can't all be paid extremely well, enough to make a living I hope, but most people are not rich.

I worry about children and their understanding of the economy and how they want the economy to work. Complaints that Voice actors are paid a low wage is absurd. Unless you are the Simpsons VAs most people hop from job to job knowing they can be replaced, even iconic VAs

But if they get $4k per session (I hope they get more I love them), it's not ideal, but fair. Up until the Bayonetta VA spoke we didn't have to like her other than as Bayonetta. As a human and VA Helena Taylor didn't deserve more money or sympathy.
