@Chase travel site is completely useless if it cannot return truly available flights. This appears to be the case now.

@ChaseSupport trying to use chase trvlsite. Book flight but won't let me complete transaction! Help desk just says flights changing! Nonsense, I get on a different device (computer) book same flights again and same same won't complete booking!!

@ChaseSupport Booking a flight through Chase Trvlsite. Total frustration!! I make flight selections then go to complete checkout and it won't complete! Called call center they just say flights are changing! Yea right, I get on a diff device, clear cache, start over same same!

@ChaseSupport hello, I'm a long time chase customer. I'm VERY upset at how I'm being treated by Chase Travel Services. I had an overseas air line flight with Japan Airlines (booked with Chase travel) that was cancelled by JAL due to covid. I want to rebook my flight credit.

It's NOT about protecting portfolios. The only person who would say such an ignorant thing is someone who cannot take responsibility in a job and save a buck for a crazy unexpected life event like this.
