@Makelegs I think most of the bottom 50% already pay no income tax and many are in a negative tax situation. If he wants to help them, eliminate FICA for the first $30K (employers still pay their half) and remove the FICA cap for all earnings $250K+. Taxes the rich, pay raise bottom half.
