Cardiologist by training. Founder by necessity. Building @tricoghealth: AI that's screened 35M+ hearts across 16 countries. Still in the cath lab every week.
11 years ago, Zainul and I started @tricoghealth with a mission to touch the lives of 100 million people.
Here is how it all started:

Today, the team at @tricoghealth have touched the lives of over 28 million people. 72 more to go.
I am incredibly proud to be part of this journey.
#Bangalore Rural MP Dr C N Manjunath, also a cardiologist, has won public appreciation after he was spotted travelling by Namma Metro train to Whitefield to attend a hospital event.
Shouldn’t all politicians opt for public transport at least once a month?

Every heartbeat deserves a chance. Until that chance is universal, our work isn't done.
If you care about AI actually saving lives — not just promising to — follow along. I'm going to start sharing what I've learned.
From the cath lab.
From building Tricog.
From the 35 million hearts in between.
In 2009, I was having dinner with my family when my phone rang. A man had arrived at the emergency room with a massive heart attack.
I rushed to the hospital. My team was already working on him. His wife stood in the hallway, holding their young daughter's hand. The girl's eyes locked on mine.
I still practice as an interventional cardiologist at Manipal Hospital in Bangalore. Every week, I'm in the cath lab.
People ask why I don't just run the company. The answer is simple: the day I stop seeing patients is the day I stop understanding what we're building.
