@matthew_sctt Do not despair. I failed RCSeng multiple times. It was RCSEd who said you don't fail you just delay passing and actually it makes you a better doctor. I feel your pain but dont give up.

I discovered Nordic walking today. A great way to spent a couple of hours getting a bit more active. I felt brilliant afterwards! Looking forward to the next session. @westnorfolknordicwalking @excerciseanywhere.

From August, I will no longer be working as a GP within the NHS. In fact, I will no longer be a practising doctor. I have decided, due to the confines of the system, working in General Practice is not sustainable for me. I have handed in my notice at work.

There was a time when I thought being able to access work stuff on my phone was helpful and convenient. However, I am increasingly finding it invasive and difficult to keep a sensible balance between work time & family time, is it just me or do others find this happening too?
