@TheGautrain this is honestly just incompetence. Your 10 day parking special and you still need to get a parking ticket. It's been over 2 months and still not solved. Have had to park and come back in.

@FlySafair My experience was terrible as was that of the entire plane, several other rerouted flights and those stuck at Lanseria who couldny fly out. While you cant control the weather, you could offer compensation or shuttle to Lanseria vs shrugging responsibility.

@FlySafair FA359 unwilling to provide feedback email or where to receive official report of incident. Captain and head of staff could similarly have dealt with situation in a lot friendly manner.

@FlySafair Uber transfer back to lanseria is 500zar. At a minimum, do the right thing and compensate all passengers affected with a voucher. But doubt it. Who's the ombudsman to bring this up with?

@FlySafair no compensation due to weather too even cover transit to lanseria. Half the plane waiting on a bus to go back to the terminal. Delayed by 2 hours. Staff unhelpful not about to provide where to lodge feedback

@FlySafair flights rerouted from lanseria to or tambo due to fog. FA359. No compensation offered. No transit back to lanseria. Half the flight still waiting to transit to the terminal. Atrocious service and need to pay own transport back to lanseria.
