1/3 @Olacabs has found a unique way to fleece customers! Took a 10 hour rental on Sunday, billed for 22+ hours with the invoice showing a stop time in the future! Was forced to pay additional 4K to the driver, now they claim refunds are out of their "scope"! @bhash@ola_supports
Why don't u have proper customer support? @bhash@ola_supports@Olacabs There was no delay when you generated an incorrect overpriced bill? why the delay and prolonged investigation now? >5 different people have been replying separately on the same email thread. No coordination!
@bhash@ola_supports@Olacabs ... It's been 3 days. Still no sign of a refund. While you're celebrating your success, long time customers are being harassed. No apology from anyone for being billed for 12 extra hours. I am being blamed for the extra payment I was forced to make.
@ola_supports Still I have not received an apology or a refund. It seems by replying to my tweet you are doing me a favour. Let me remind you that the fault is yours. You cannot bill me for services not taken (ride upto 11:36 am) and expect me to accept this calmly. @bhash is this acceptable?

2/3. no customer support number to call. Emails have no suitable response, was promised a call back via email at 9am yesterday (I'm still waiting). No escalation matrix available on their app or website. @bhash@ola_supports@Olacabs
